The firm was established on 21.03.1973 by the founder partner S. K. Guglani, after completing B.E. (Elect) and post-graduation in instrument design.
The firm with a team of Qualified Engineers, Consultants, Designers & dedicated staff possess standing of almost four decades has successfully passed all tests of confidence, reliability and quality.
We are Solar and Wind Hybrid Power System Experts. Our main business is designing Solar and Wind hybrid Power systems for Mission critical applications, like for Oil and Gas Unmanned Platforms where reliability is a key factor.
Our job starts from understanding the load list and its profile and detailed study of client requirement.
We design mostly DC systems integrating multiple power sources like Solar, Wind, Grid and Vapour turbines.
Apart from this we are also into trading of Solar Components. We started this wing with the idea to penetrate more into the domestic market with the experience we gained from our projects. We want the common man to generate energy at a reasonable price. We act as a one stop shop for all solar PV related requirement. We also support individuals in designing PV systems for their requirement.
Our Founder, Director Mr.Surendra K Guglani completed his academic qualification in B.E ( Elect) from the prestigious VJTI institute, Mumbai in 1971.
Following a Post Grad successful achievement in Instrument Design course from IDEMI in 1973, he started his entrepreneurial venture FABRICONS in 1973.
It has been a story of hard work, determination, persisted efforts along-with inborn talent & skill in this field that over 45 years he has built a stronghold in the world of Electrical Panel Manufacturing, Telemetry Interface Cabinet( TIC) etc......
Under his leadership Fabricons has been an suggested vendor for the Oil & Natural Gas ( ONGC) company since 1985. Under his guidance Consistency in innovation , cost control management , excellent human resource management and strong vendor credibility made Fabricons a renowned name in panel manufacturing Industry.
His vision & passion to explore new avenues & accept challenges led Fabricons to foray in the Renewable Energy Integration in 2013. & since then the company has established its name as the Solar System Integrator both for Indian as well as overseas projects.
Mrs.Anuja Kapoor post graduate in Mass Communication, has over 20 yrs of Business Managing experience. Has been an integral part of Fabricons since 2001. Started her career as a advertising professional , she has successfully managed multiple company portfolios varying from advertising ,manufacturing , to film production. Sharp business acumen , a good visionary she has always believed in adapting to new technologies for progressive business growth. Has played a significant role in overseas business collaborations of Fabricons. She possesses excellent communication and people management skills and has been the official spokesperson for the company for over a decade.
Dr Urvashi Guglani, M.D.(Hom.) is our youngest dynamic member on Board. Although a medico by choice & academic qualification, she has an integral role in the day - to - day works at Fabricons. Administrative & HR management are under her forte. Her ability to include, motivate & supervise staff welfare affairs makes her an admired enterprising leader.
Ashwin Kaklotar, B.E (Electronics) has over 18 years of experience on various segments such as Electronics, Embedded Product, Robotics, Motion Control, Industrial Automation, Electrical systems, Solar Systems. He has a Design and Manufacturing expertise across a wide industrial segments. He is able to successfully solve problems, regardless of how complex they are. His product skills helps him quickly understand client requirements and translate them into workable product. His expertise in managing projects and day - to - day operations helps us deliver quality work on time.
